Big respite for the residents of Ireo Skyon. A residential community that was announced for development by Ireo way back in 2010-2012 and finally delivered in a semi finished state by 2017 owing to the unfortunate row of events that took place with the Ireo as a group starting 2018 onwards. Since the delivery, the active RWA has been constantly working on improving the community as much as they can with the limited funds that the RWA collects from residents against the common area maintenance.
One of the major pending things that were not operational at Ireo Skyon was the Swimming Pool. While the rest of the club house has been operational since the delivery of the apartments, however the Swimming Pool was never made operational thus far. Finally, the residents at Ireo Skyon can now rejoice with the Swimming Pool becoming operational with the introduction of a third party to run and operate the swimming pool with proper life guards and the requisite equipment.
Ireo Skyon has been struggling to achieve a higher valuation so far due to the lack of an operational swimming pool. Hopefully, the property owners would now be able to recoup what they had invested way back in 2012-13, when the real estate market in Gurgaon was running high prices owing to the low interest rates for home loans that were pushing the demand high. Currently, the apartments at Ireo Skyon are high in demand owing to the location and good quality improvements and continuous efforts by the RWA Team.
