After the demerger of Emaar with MGF, which was under the brand name of Emaar MGF, now for the first time in Gurgaon, Emaar India to debut with it's flagship project on the Golf Course Extension Road called Emaar Digi Homes. As per sources at Emaar India, the project is conceived as one of the luxury developments with a unique proposition of offering Luxury 2 Bedrooms in Gurgaon for the first time. The company officials also confirmed that there are two towers hosting only these 2 bedroom luxury apartments, while there is 1 tower which offers 3 bedroom luxury apartments. As per the company officials, One of the most interesting highlights of the project as per the representatives of Emaar India is the luxurious hotel like arrival experience with large drive-in porch and a luxurious large, well furnished, airconditioned double height lobby at the base of each tower. The project also boasts of a luxurious 30,000 sq.ft. of state of the art club house offering all modern amenities within the community for the residents to use. Another highlight of these luxury condos is that they are provisioned as Digital Homes with Voice Activated features, which seems to be the next big thing world over. With a simple voice command, you could be opening or closing the curtain drapes or turning the air conditioning on from your car while driving back from work to find your home cooled before you reach.
As per sources, the project is conceptualized in two phases, namely Digi Homes Phase I & Digi Homes Phase II. While Digi Homes Phase I offers 2 & 3 Bedroom apartments, The Phase II is likely to host larger apartments of 3 & 4 Bedrooms. Located in Sector 62 of Gurgaon, just off the Golf Course Extension Road and close to AIPL Business Club, the project is definitely located at a very strategic residential zone with other good quality residential communities like Ireo Skyon, Mahindra Luminaire, Ireo Grand Arch, Trump Towers, M3M Golf Estate and a few other luxury residential communities. As per sources, Construction of the project is underway and ahead of time, expected to be delivered in the first quarter of 2023, this could be an interesting apartment to own for those looking to set off capital gains or looking for an early possession property for living in a good quality, easily accessible, luxury neighbourhood.
